Setup takes just a few minutes and follows three steps:

Stick — Pull your hair back, clean around your ear with the included alcohol wipe, and apply the earpiece so the electrodes are in secure contact with your skin.

Click — Connect the cable to the earpiece, then plug the jack into the port at the top left of the device.

Go — Press the OK button to turn on each electrode. Adjust stimulation until it feels noticeable but comfortable.

To turn on: Press and hold the power button for 3 to 5 seconds until the OhmBody logo appears on screen.

To turn off: Press and hold the power button until prompted, then press OK to confirm.

If the screen goes dark during use, the device is simply in sleep mode to preserve battery. Press the power button, then OK to wake it.

You can start at the first sign of cycle-related changes, including cramps, bloating, mood shifts, low energy, or any combination. Most people find the most benefit during:

• The luteal phase, in the days before your period begins, when PMS symptoms typically show up
