Controlling your OhmBody is simple and adjustable, so you can find the level that feels best for your body.

To start or stop stimulation:

• Use the toggle bars on the stimulation screen—there’s one for each electrode (Front and Back).
• Highlight the toggle using the arrow keys and press OK to switch it on or off.
  
  ON: The toggle bar brightens and stimulation will gently ramp up. The bar will fill in to your selected level. If the bar appears empty, press the + button to increase stimulation.
  
  OFF: The toggle bar dims and the stimulation will slowly ramp down to zero over 3 seconds. Your stimulation levels will be saved, so you can easily resume stimulation the next time you’re ready to use OhmBody.

To adjust your stimulation strength:

• Highlight the bar below either electrode and press the + or - buttons to increase or decrease intensity.
  Note: If stimulation is OFF, press OK first to turn on stimulation to the electrode.
  
• Increase or decrease the intensity to a level that feels noticeable but comfortable.
