60-day Money-back Guarantee
You may return your fully functional and undamaged OhmBody device for any reason within 60 days of delivery of your order. The device must be returned in its original packaging with the original components (OhmBody, OhmBody cable, and any unused earpieces).

Once you have initiated your return, use the provided shipping label to return the OhmBody device. Please note, once you receive your return shipping label, you have 7 days to ship the device back to us. Returns postmarked after this window will not be eligible for a refund. Once we receive and approve your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow 5 additional business days for your refund to process.
Important to know, all returns are subject to a 4.5% restocking fee (up to $25.16), which will be deducted from your refund total.
Shipping and handling charges from your original order are non-refundable.

Price Adjustment Policy
At OhmBody, we work hard to offer fair and consistent pricing across all of our products. Because we run limited promotions throughout the year, we do not offer general price matching against outside retailers or past promotions.

Warranty Policy
OhmBody products purchased directly from OhmBody, LLC or an authorized OhmBody distributor are covered by a limited warranty. Coverage periods are as follows:
- OhmBody Device (120): 1-Year Limited Warranty
- OhmBody Cable (820): 90-Day Limited Warranty
Third-party products (those not produced by OhmBody, e.g. batteries or alcohol wipes) and earpieces are not covered by the limited warranty. For third-party product warranty information, please reach out to the respective party.
If your OhmBody device is not functioning properly, you may request a warranty exchange within 1 year of delivery of your order. If your OhmBody Cable is not functioning properly, you may request a warranty exchange within 90 days of delivery of your order.
This warranty covers defects in material and workmanship under normal use, proper care, and maintenance of the product. OhmBody will provide a replacement or item of equivalent value for any part or product found to be defective.
This warranty shall be void if the product is not used, assembled, or operated in accordance with the operation instructions provided; the product is resold or traded to another owner; components or accessories not compatible with the product have been used, or the user has abused or otherwise failed to maintain the product.
This warranty is void after the applicable warranty period from the delivery date (1 year for the OhmBody Device; 90 days for the OhmBody Cable).
OhmBody may require proof of purchase to process a warranty claim.
All accepted warranty claims will be issued an OhmBody Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number with return instructions. Only warranty claims and returns with an approved RMA number will be accepted.
