The OhmBody, LLC mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by OhmBody, LLC (“OhmBody, LLC”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.
By consenting to OhmBody, LLC’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of OhmBody, LLC through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).
You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with OhmBody, LLC. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.
We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.
You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to +18447937820 or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other OhmBody, LLC mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. You acknowledge that any messages, including any STOP or HELP requests, you send to a short code or telephone number we have changed may not be received and we will not be responsible for honoring requests made in such messages.
The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.

Inner Circle Terms and Conditions
By joining the OhmBody Ambassador Program (“The OhmBody Inner Circle”), participants (“Ambassadors,” “Participants,” “you,” or “your”) agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). These Terms govern participation in the Program and should be reviewed carefully before enrolling. If there is a conflict between the additional contract and these Terms, the provisions of the additional contract will take precedence with respect to the matters it specifically addresses.
1. PROGRAM ELIGIBILITY
Participants must be 18 years or older to join the Inner Circle. By applying, the participant affirms that the information provided is accurate and truthful.
2. PROGRAM OVERVIEW
Members of the OhmBody Inner Circle are eligible to earn rewards in the form of credit to the OhmBody store as a reward for each qualifying purchase of an OhmBody Starter Kit made using the participant’s unique link or discount code.
Note: The credit is only provided once someone has purchased an OhmBody Starter Kit
3. BRAND REPRESENTATION
By applying to join the Inner Circle participants agree to represent OhmBody respectfully and professionally. Negative, misleading, or defamatory content about OhmBody, its employees, affiliates, or other individuals—including derogatory or harmful statements about others—including derogatory or harmful statements about individuals, women, or any other person or group—may result in immediate termination from the Inner Circle. All participants are expected to uphold a standard of kindness, respect, and inclusivity in their public representation and interactions.
5. PAYOUT STRUCTURE
Each time a referred friend uses your link to purchase an OhmBody Starter Kit, you will receive a $55 credit added to your account. These credits will be rewarded 30 days after the purchase date to allow for refunds or other adjustments.
6. TERMINATION
Participants may opt out of the Program at any time by contacting support@ohmbody.com.
7. CONFIDENTIALITY
Participants may receive confidential information, such as upcoming product launches. Participants agree not to share or use this information without consent and for any purpose other than fulfilling your obligations under the Program.
8. MODIFICATIONS
OhmBody reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued participation in the Program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
9. CONTENT GUIDELINES
Content must be authentic and aligned with OhmBody’s brand voice: empowering, educational, and science backed. Participants may only share their genuine personal experiences when creating content to share regarding OhmBody’s effects.
10. CONTENT USAGE AND LICENSING
OhmBody retains the right to repost, reuse, or redistribute any content created by participants in connection with the OhmBody Partner Program to all their organic marketing channels, including but not limited to social media, email, and website use. Participants who do not wish to allow this must notify OhmBody at support@ohmbody.com.
