Shipping policy

Order Processing
  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We currently ship within the United States. Estimated delivery times vary based on the selected shipping method at checkout:

  • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
  • Overnight Shipping: 1 business day (Orders placed before 11 AM CST)

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping speed.

International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. Stay tuned for future updates as we expand our product distribution locations.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order using the provided carrier link. If you don’t receive a tracking email within 48 hours of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us at support@ohmbody.com.

Shipping Delays

We strive to meet our estimated delivery times, but unforeseen delays (e.g., weather conditions, carrier issues) may occur. If your package is delayed, please check your tracking information or contact us for assistance.

Lost or Stolen Packages

OhmBody is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as "delivered" by the carrier. If you experience an issue, please:

  1. Check with neighbors or building management.
  2. Contact the carrier for more details.
  3. Reach out to our support team—we’ll do our best to assist you.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@ohmbody.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll make it right!
